If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Exchange and Cancellation requests received within this timeframe will be processed promptly.
Once a request is received, we aim to process it within 5 business days. You will be notified once the cancellation is confirmed, and any applicable refunds will be processed accordingly.
