Questions we get from project buyers
Is there a minimum order quantity?
For standard models there is no hard minimum — we quote from a single piece upward, with pricing improving in slabs as quantity increases. Customised finishes and non-standard pole heights carry a minimum, which we confirm at the quote stage.
Can pole heights and finishes be customised?
Yes. Pole heights, arm configurations, lamp counts and finishes can all be made to specification, including matching an existing colour or finish on site. Because casting and coating happen in our own facility, customisation does not add a supplier lead time.
What are typical lead times for a project order?
Standard models from stock despatch quickly. Manufactured-to-order quantities are confirmed with a committed date at the quote stage, set against your site schedule.
Do you supply outside Delhi NCR?
Yes — we supply projects across India, and delivery is arranged direct to site. Freight is quoted with the order.
What are the payment terms on a project order?
Project terms are agreed case by case depending on order size and schedule. Tell us the requirement and we’ll set them out with the quote.
What does the warranty cover?
Two years against technical faults as standard. Replacement parts are manufactured in-house, so support does not depend on an importer holding stock.
