At Kyess Lighting, every product is designed and crafted with care. However, in rare situations where you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to assist you with a smooth return or exchange process.

Exchange Policy

  • Defective Product: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it with the same item. Courier costs will be borne by us.
  • Non-Functional Product: If the product does not function upon delivery, we will arrange an exchange for the exact item. Courier cost covered by Kyess Lighting.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive the wrong item (e.g., you ordered Product A but received Product B), we will replace it promptly. Free-of-cost exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, returned in its original packaging, and include all labels, manuals, and invoice.
  • Exchanges will not be processed for used, incomplete, or damaged products.

Return Policy

  • If you receive the product and simply do not like it, you may return it with no questions asked.
    Return courier cost must be borne by the customer.
  • Item must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  • After inspection, a credit note will be issued for future purchases.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued as credit notes only.
  • No cash, bank, or UPI refunds will be processed.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, if the item hasn’t shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders become non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • Return window: 7 days from delivery (as per Google guidelines).
  • Returns must be initiated via official communication channels only.
  • Installed or misused products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Kyess Lighting reserves the right to inspect and reject any return that does not comply.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact us within the applicable timeframe with the following:

  • Order Number
  • 2–3 clear photographs of the item
  • A short video (in case of non-functional claims)
